What has been missed in your case?
Feeling stuck in your fertility journey and unsure what to do next? This 1:1 fertility strategy session is designed to help you zoom out, look at the whole fertility puzzle, and create a clearer path forward.
You'll meet with Michelle Tierney, MS, RDN — our team's fertility investigator — to review your history, what you've already explored, and where there may still be missing pieces.
A full review of your history, labs, imaging, and everything you've already tried.
We run your case against our fertility checklist to find what hasn't been assessed.
You leave with a written plan and the names of the right providers to carry it out.
We act as your fertility investigator
Most women arrive after years of appointments with pieces of an answer — a diagnosis here, a normal lab there, a cycle that never quite got explained. Our job is to look at all of it at once and tell you what is still unexamined.
Together we sort out what kind of work comes next: whether you need more labs and a deep dive into nutrition and functional work-up, or whether factors like endometriosis or immune system considerations have been missed entirely.
We combine restorative reproductive medicine and functional medicine, then connect you to the right care team — the surgeon, the specialist, or the practitioner who can actually address what we found.
Everything that should be assessed
Six categories, worked through one by one against your history. Most cases have gaps in at least two of them.
Ovulatory & hormonal
PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction, high prolactin, low progesterone, luteal phase deficiency, DOR.
Structural & anatomical
Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, polyps, uterine septum, adhesions, tubal blockage, hydrosalpinx.
Immune & inflammatory
Autoimmune conditions, chronic endometritis, PID, chronic infection or viral burden, systemic inflammation.
Metabolic
Insulin resistance, blood sugar dysregulation, adrenal dysfunction, excess or insufficient body fat.
Male factor
Low count, poor motility or morphology, high DNA fragmentation, varicocele — roughly half of all cases.
Functional & lifestyle
Nutrient deficiencies, gut dysfunction, poor detox, stress, sleep, toxins — where coaching lives.
RRM and functional medicine, together
Neither lens is complete on its own. Used together, they explain far more of what your cycle has been trying to tell you.
Restorative reproductive medicine
Cycle charting, targeted timing of labs and imaging, and treating the underlying disease — endometriosis, endometritis, luteal insufficiency — rather than bypassing it.
Functional medicine
Nutrition, nutrient status, blood sugar, gut health, inflammation, and detox capacity — the terrain every treatment plan depends on.
The right care team
We know which surgeons, specialists, and practitioners handle these cases well — and we hand you their names, not a general referral.

This session is for you if
You have been trying for a while and no one has explained why it isn't working.
You have labs, imaging, or a diagnosis, and you want a second set of eyes on all of it.
You suspect something structural or immune has been overlooked.
You are deciding whether to pursue IVF, surgery, or a functional work-up first.
You want one clear next step instead of another round of conflicting advice.
This isn't the right call if
You are looking for medical treatment or a prescription in the session itself.
You want us to replace your OBGYN or reproductive endocrinologist rather than work alongside them.
You are ready for hands-on coaching now — in that case our 1:1 program is the better starting point.
What you walk away with
The session is 60 minutes. What follows it is what makes the hour worth it.
A written summary
What we reviewed, what we found, and what it means — in plain language you can share with any provider.
Your gap list
The specific labs, imaging, or evaluations still missing from your work-up, in the order we'd pursue them.
Referrals by name
Providers who handle your particular situation well — RRM-trained clinicians, excision surgeons, or functional practitioners.
A clear next step
Whether that is more testing, a nutrition and functional deep dive, a surgical opinion, or simply better timing.
Let's find what has been missed.
One hour, your whole case on the table, and a plan you can act on. Bring every lab and report you have — we'll go through all of it.
