The Women's Health R.N. Applications open
1:1 Coaching Application

Your labs are telling a story.

Let's read it together. This application tells us what you've already tried, what your days actually look like, and where your body is asking for help — so your first conversation with us starts somewhere useful.

Due to high demand, our practitioners are often booking 1-2 months in advance, and we only take a limited number of new clients each month. We encourage applying early to secure the soonest available start date.

The process

Here's how it works

1

Fill out this short application so we can get to know your symptoms, health goals, and what you've already tried.

2

You'll automatically be redirected to book a Discovery Call with Lindsey, our client coordinator, over Google Meet. It's a 20–30 minute video chat to explore your goals, answer your questions, and walk you through how our programs work.

3

Before that call, Jordan personally reviews your application and tells Lindsey which practitioner on our team would be the best fit to support you.

4

On your call, Lindsey will walk you through everything you need to know about the program, including:

What may be driving your symptoms (gut, liver, blood sugar, or nutrient-related root causes)

How our approach differs from conventional medicine and even the average "functional medicine" provider

Full details about our 1:1 programs, including timeline, lab testing options (GI-MAP + functional blood chemistry), pricing, and which practitioner would be your best fit

5

After the call, we'll send you everything you need to officially get started — including onboarding steps and lab ordering instructions.

Please note: The Women's Health RN Team currently works exclusively with clients located in the United States.

Came to us with · PCOS, infertility, autoimmune disease, GI dysfunction

"I had worked with two other functional medicine doctors before, but this was the first time I felt truly heard and understood."

Within the first two months of the program, I was able to have a cycle of 31-32 days, which is UNHEARD OF for me. I started having a bowel movement every single day as well as not experiencing bloating after meals. By the end of the program I was no longer experiencing hormonal cystic acne and my hair wasn’t falling out in chunks. I’ve had a boost in energy and I feel like myself again.

Our areas of specialty

What we spend our days solving

Our practitioners work with women whose symptoms have been labeled normal, stress, or just part of being a woman. We use functional blood chemistry and the GI-MAP to find what's actually driving them — then build a food-first plan around it.

PCOS & irregular cycles

Long, absent, or unpredictable cycles, and the insulin, androgen, and stress patterns behind them.

Fertility & preconception

Cycle charting, ovulation quality, and getting your body ready before you start trying.

Gut health

Bloating, constipation, reflux, and the gut findings that keep hormones from clearing properly.

Blood sugar & energy

Afternoon crashes, 3am wake-ups, cravings, and the nutrient gaps underneath them.

PMS, painful & heavy periods

Cramping, clotting, migraines, and the mood shifts that arrive on schedule every month.

Coming off birth control

Rebuilding nutrient stores and getting a real cycle back after stopping hormonal contraception.

Endometriosis

Pain that starts before the bleed, inflammation, and the gut and estrogen clearance patterns that feed it.

Thyroid

A full panel instead of a lone TSH — conversion, antibodies, and the nutrients your thyroid runs on.

Where you'll land

What changes after working with us

A cycle you can count on

Predictable timing, easier periods, and ovulation you can actually see in your chart.

Energy that lasts the day

Steadier blood sugar, fewer crashes, calmer digestion, and sleep that holds through the night.

Answers, in plain language

You'll understand your own labs — what's off, why it matters, and what moves it.

Food you're not afraid of

A way of eating that fits a busy week, without restriction rules you have to white-knuckle.

Program cost and payment plans

Whatever you learn about your root causes and how to nourish your body is yours for life. We keep it as accessible as possible with flexible payment plans.

Total program cost $3,625

Includes all functional lab testing, your personalized protocols, and 5 months of 1:1 support.

Deposit $950

Secures your spot and covers the cost of the lab testing we start with.

Remaining balance $2,675

Due after your initial consult. Pay in full or split into a 4- or 6-month plan.

4-month plan $668.75/mo
6-month plan ~$445.83/mo

Insurance & payment options

We don't work directly with insurance companies — but because we secure at-cost lab pricing, you pay a fraction of what these labs typically cost in a conventional setting. We accept HSA and FSA cards for both lab work and program payments, and many clients with Christian Healthshares have successfully submitted receipts for partial or full reimbursement.

Not the right fit

This probably isn't for you if

You want a quick fix, a single supplement recommendation, or a protocol without the lab work behind it.

You aren't ready to make gradual changes to how you eat, sleep, and manage stress over five months.

You're looking for someone to manage your health for you rather than with you.

You're located outside the United States.

Your practitioner

Jordan, MSN, RN

Jordan is a registered nurse, certified fitness trainer, and nutrition coach with over 12 years of experience in healthcare. Her nursing background includes working in the NICU, as a travel nurse, and most recently as a school nurse. Since 2021, she has also had the privilege of coaching women through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes to help them reach their health goals.

Her passion for women’s health and fertility stems from both her professional and personal experiences. Her own journey with endometriosis and infertility sparked a deeper interest in this field and gave her firsthand insight into how overwhelming and isolating the experience can feel.

Throughout her nursing and coaching career, she has seen how many women struggle to find clear answers or feel truly heard when it comes to their fertility and hormone health. These experiences are what drive her to help women better understand their bodies, feel confident in their choices, and create realistic, sustainable habits that support their health.

She takes an evidence-based approach while recognizing that every woman is unique. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, provide education without overwhelm, and support them with practical strategies that fit into their everyday lives.

Fun fact: Outside of work, she loves creating healthy recipes, exploring new hiking trails, and chasing after her busy one-year-old!
