Full Program Timeline + Next Steps
Step 1: Secure Your Spot
Place your $950 deposit → this covers your initial lab testing (comprehensive blood panel + GI Map stool test if appropriate).
Once your deposit is placed, we immediately order labs to get started.
Payment note: Deposit is due at sign-up. We accept HSA/FSA cards, and many clients with Christian Healthshares have had success getting reimbursed.
Step 2: Lab Testing
You’ll complete your blood work at local Labcorp Location.
The GI map is sent to & completed from your home, & shipped via Fedex.
Step 3: Initial Consult with Your Practitioner
Once labs are back, you’ll meet with your practitioner (e.g., Allison, Tori, Michelle depending on your case).
At this visit, you’ll go through your results in detail and receive your personalized nutrition + supplement protocol.
Payment note: At this point, the remaining balance ($2,600) is due. You can pay in full or split it into a 4-month or 6-month plan.
Step 4: 4-Month Coaching Program
After your initial consult, your official 4-month program begins.
You’ll have ongoing sessions, check-ins, and protocol updates designed to restore balance and address the root causes behind your symptoms.
Step 5: Wrap-Up & Next Steps
At the end of 4 months, you’ll have a clear roadmap for continued progress, tools to support your hormones long-term, and guidance on whether further testing/follow-up is recommended.
This structure ensures you get the foundational answers first (through lab testing) and then have the ongoing 1:1 support to make sustainable changes.
We understand that our services are an investment! Keep in mind what you learn regarding what is the root cause of symptoms + building a sustainable diet and lifestyle will be used for the rest of your life (+ with your family)! This is why we also offer payment plans (cost can be split into equal payments over 4 or 6 months). At this time we only offer our 4 month 1:1 program. This is for several reasons:
- We have found that it takes optimal commitment, time, and guidance to implement nutrition & lifestyle changes. This time allows us to go through targeted phases of diet & lifestyle strategies to integrate with adequate guidance of navigating symptoms. We have tried other styles of working with people and have found that the 4 months is the sweet spot.
- We spend hours outside client calls researching, reviewing labs, + building personalized protocol, this is a big time commitment and due to this, this is why we only have room for a certain amount of clients per month- to provide the best care possible.
Yes! Just send over the blood work you’ve recently gotten (needs to be within the past 3–6 months) to support@womenshealthrn.com and I can see what I can use/not order and adjust the price accordingly.
That said, please keep in mind that we get our labs at cost at a discounted rate, and sometimes the very general labs you’ve gotten done through your primary care provider don’t cover the full scope of what we test for. In those cases, the amount taken off your program price may be minimal. If we were to fully adjust the price for only a handful of general labs, it would actually be more expensive than the discount we’re able to provide through our complete lab panel.
So just because you’ve had some labs done previously does not automatically mean it will reduce the program cost significantly. We’ll always review what you have and make adjustments when appropriate.
Absolutely! We are open to working with other members of your healthcare team to take an integrative and collaborative approach to your health.
All video sessions, chat access, and protocol are done online via our secure telehealth platform, Practice Better.
We do not work directly with insurance companies. However, one of the benefits of our approach is that we’re able to secure at-cost lab pricing, which means you’re paying a fraction of what these labs typically cost in a conventional setting.
We also accept HSA and FSA cards for both lab work and program payments. Additionally, several of our clients who participate in Christian Healthshares have successfully submitted their receipts and received partial or full reimbursement for our program.
The price of the program ($3,400) includes the cost of all appointments plus your initial lab work.
It does not cover the cost of supplements. However, you’ll receive a 20% discount on any supplements we recommend.
It also does not include the cost of any retesting. That said, retesting is typically limited and significantly less expensive than the initial panel because:
We usually only re-run abnormal blood labs to track progress (generally under $200).
We only re-run the GI Map if it’s truly necessary (for example, to confirm clearance of a parasite or if symptoms strongly suggest we need a repeat).
This way, we’re intentional about what gets re-checked so you aren’t paying for unnecessary labs.

GINNY NOCE MS, RN, CNC, Certified FEMM Instructor
Ginny founded The Women’s Health RN fueled by her personal mission to help women learn how to optimize their hormonal health through functional nutrition and cycle charting (FEMM).
