The PMOS
Blueprint
A root-cause, food-first program for PMOS (formerly PCOS). We test, I read your labs, and you get a plan built for your body — with me coaching you privately for eight weeks.
PMOS — polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome — is the new name for PCOS as of May 2026. Same condition, with a name that finally reflects your hormones and metabolism, not just your ovaries.
You've been told birth control is the only answer.
It isn't. Your labs are telling a story, and this program is built to read it and act on it.
The PMOS Blueprint is for you if
In eight weeks, you can expect
More regular, predictable cycles and ovulation
Clearer skin and fewer hormonal breakouts
More stable energy, steadier blood sugar and fewer cravings
Better digestion with less bloating and constipation
Improved fertility and a stronger foundation for conception
You'll truly understand how to build a diet and lifestyle for your PMOS.
And you'll be privately coached by me the whole way through.
Private care, plus a group beside you
Your testing, lab review and follow-ups happen one-on-one with me. The weekly learning and coaching happen together.

Hi, I'm Ginny.
I'm a registered nurse with a master's degree in nutrition and functional medicine, and I'm currently a Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate. I put my own PMOS into remission with diet and lifestyle, using the root-cause framework I've developed here at The Women's Health RN.
The PMOS Blueprint brings my full expertise to your PMOS case — so you get my eyes on your labs, my voice in your messages, and a room full of women who get it.
Ten spots.
Eight weeks.
Starts October 19.
I keep the group small so every woman gets real, personal attention. When the ten spots are filled, enrollment closes.
Spots open October 18th. Waitlist members hear first.
Questions, answered
What is PMOS?+
PMOS stands for polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome. It's the new name for PCOS, adopted in May 2026. If you were diagnosed with PCOS, this program is for you — the condition is the same, and the new name better reflects that it affects your hormones and metabolism throughout your body.
Which labs are included?+
A full blood chemistry panel and a GI-MAP stool test are both included in your enrollment. I review your results with you in a private video lab review.
What's private and what's group?+
Your initial consult, video lab review, two 30-minute follow-ups and eight weeks of messaging are one-on-one with me. The weekly modules, recipe drops and group coaching calls are shared with the other women in the program.
When does it start?+
The program begins Monday, October 19 and runs for eight weeks. Each week brings a new module, a recipe drop and a group coaching session.
I'm trying to conceive. Is this a fit?+
Yes. More regular cycles, ovulation and steadier blood sugar all build a stronger foundation for conception, and your plan is tailored to where you are.
Is there a payment plan?+
Yes. You can pay $2,500 in full or split it into 2–5 monthly installments — as low as $500/month over five months.
