Why Partner With Us
At The Women’s Health RN, we specialize in identifying and correcting the physiological root causes of hormonal dysfunction — nutrient depletion, gut-liver imbalance, inflammation, and metabolic stress.
Together, we strengthen the physiology behind your interventions to work more effectively — so your patients/clients see faster, longer-lasting results.
We don’t replace medicine — we strengthen the foundation it’s built on.
Why The Women’s Health RN Is Different
We’re not your average nutrition practice.
Our team brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, fertility awareness training, and restorative medicine integration that bridges the gap between nutrition and reproductive physiology.
Our Difference
Functional Nutrition Expertise
Every practitioner on our team is trained in Functional Nutrition and understands how to interpret advanced labs — from comprehensive blood chemistry to GI-MAP testing — to uncover the root causes of hormonal dysfunction.
Fertility Awareness Education
All of our practitioners are either certified fertility awareness instructors or have extensive training in charting methods. We understand the nuances of biomarkers, cycle tracking, and how nutrition and metabolism influence ovulatory function.
Restorative Medicine Alignment
We have a deep understanding of Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM) principles, enabling us to seamlessly integrate our nutrition frameworks alongside your clinical interventions.
Our approach strengthens the same physiology you’re working to restore.
Clients we love working with:
Our one-on-one, root-cause, food-first approach is designed to support:
Hormone imbalances: fatigue, brain fog, irregular or painful periods, heavy bleeding, PMS, skin issues, low libido, hair loss, or mood swings.
Digestive concerns: chronic bloating, gas, constipation, loose stools, or IBS.
Reproductive conditions: PCOS, endometriosis, or other hormone-related disorders.
Fertility challenges: whether trying to conceive, navigating infertility, or working to restore health postpartum.
Metabolic concerns: difficulty losing weight, weight loss resistance, or struggles with sustainable energy and metabolism.
Want to Refer to The Women’s Health RN?
Option 1 — Informal Referral Process
Simple and seamless.
Keep our referral flyers and patient handouts in your office.
Patients scan your the referral handout QR code to apply directly to work with us.
Once they apply, our team manages everything — intake, onboarding, labs (including the free GI-MAP), and 1:1 coaching.
Option 2 — Formal Collaborative Partnership
A deeper, co-managed approach.
For clinics that want to integrate more closely, we offer a structured partnership that includes:
Shared lab coordination (you order The Women’s Health RN Signature Blood Panel; we manage the GI-MAP)
Optional case collaboration for shared patients
Quarterly provider calls and future co-education opportunities
This option strengthens continuity of care and creates a unified approach — helping patients experience better, longer-lasting results.
How Collaboration Works
Our partnership model is simple, seamless, and fully complementary to your care.
If you are NOT an ordering physician (MD, DO, NP, PA) then skip this step- our team will handle all the blood work + GI Map 🙂
We meet with your office to determine which bloodwork you prefer to order in-house.
You order our Signature 26-Point Blood Chemistry Panel through your system (or we can coordinate it externally).
We manage the GI-MAP stool test for each referred patient — provided free of charge through our partnership.
Each partner clinic keeps our referral flyers and patient handouts on file.
The flyer includes a unique QR code or referral link that takes the patient directly to our short online application form.
The handout briefly explains our process and the comprehensive blood work panel + free GI-MAP offer, helping the patient understand what we do and how it supports their care.
Once the patient applies, our team takes over — handling intake, onboarding, and scheduling.
No added administrative work for your staff — we manage everything from that point forward.
Approved patients begin our 4-Month 1:1 Functional Nutrition Program, which includes:
A personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol based on lab results
Focus on nutrient repletion, gut and liver optimization, metabolic stability, and inflammation reduction
Ongoing coaching, accountability, and education for sustainable progress
If you’d like to learn more about our full 4 month program details- you can click here!
We can provide concise progress summaries and lab interpretations to your office as desired, keeping care coordinated and complementary.
We’re continuing to build out additional collaboration options for RRM partners, including:
Joint lab interpretation and case review for shared patients
Collaborative research or data collection opportunities
Quarterly provider education calls and co-managed care discussions
We’re open to designing these future opportunities together — to make this partnership as valuable and seamless as possible for both your team and your patients
Why Providers Love This Collaboration
Our partnership allows each of us to stay in our zone of genius — so your patients receive truly comprehensive, physiology-centered care.
You focus on what you do best:
Diagnosing ovulatory dysfunction, guiding medications, performing surgical repair, and interpreting biomarker patterns.
We focus on what we do best:
Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies that optimize physiology before and alongside your interventions.
Together, we create the conditions for the body to respond beautifully to restorative treatment.
What This Looks Like in Practice
- Optimizing physiology before and during interventions — improving nutrient status, digestion, and metabolic flexibility so your protocols take effect faster.
- Improving ovulation quality, luteal phase stability, and endometrial health — by supporting liver function, inflammation balance, and micronutrient sufficiency.
- Increasing medication efficacy — a nourished, resilient system responds better to the therapies you prescribe.
