What would change if you finally knew what your labs were saying?
Imagine clear answers, a plan built for your body, and no more guessing. The TWHRN Root Cause Roadmap is 8 weeks one-on-one with a practitioner on our team: in-depth labs, a recorded review of your results, and a plan built around you.
Labs are only as good as…
Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.
Real responses from our client feedback forms. Use the arrows (or swipe) to read more, and tap any one to enlarge it.
This is for you if…
You're running on caffeine and willpower.
You crash in the afternoon, crave sugar at night, wake up hungry, or feel foggy even after a full night's sleep, and nobody has looked at what your blood sugar is doing.
You've been told your labs are "normal," but you don't feel normal.
You've been offered birth control, a prescription, or another cream, and what you really wanted was to know why.
Your gut is running the show.
You bloat after meals, your stools are loose or unpredictable, and nobody has ever run a GI-MAP.
Your cycle is trying to tell you something.
Long cycles, late ovulation, a short luteal phase, brutal cramps, heavy PMS, or no period at all.
Your skin won't clear, no matter what you put on it.
You're doing all the "right" things and it still isn't adding up.
You're trying to conceive, or you will be soon, and you don't want to wait a year for someone to take a look.
You want an expert to read your labs and give you a plan built for your body, not a generic protocol.
You're ready to put it into practice yourself, without committing to a 5-month program right now.
Your symptoms aren’t random. They’re connected.
Your labs show what’s happening in each of these systems. Your practitioner reads them alongside your symptom story and timeline to find where the web starts, so your plan goes after the cause instead of chasing each symptom.
Areas we commonly support
Imagine if you could finally have clarity on…
That’s what the Root Cause Roadmap gives you.
Join nowFrom guessing to knowing.
Guessing which supplements to try
Labs called “normal” while you still feel off
Piecing together advice from social media
Forgetting what was said on a rushed appointment
A supplement plan matched to your results
Results read against optimal ranges, with a clear why
One plan built around your body
A recorded review you can rewatch anytime
You and your practitioner, for 8 weeks.
Live initial consult + Nutrition assessment
Get to know your practitioner as she gets to know your timeline and symptom story. You'll go through a nutrition assessment together and leave with an initial plan to start supporting your healing right away.
Recorded Video Lab Review
When your bloodwork and GI-MAP come back, your practitioner records a walkthrough of your results and fine-tunes your diet and supplement recommendations.
Watch it on your own time, as many times as you need. A live call is easy to forget. A recording lets you take it in slowly and understand it.
8 weeks of chat access
Questions come up. Your practitioner is a message away the whole time, helping you fine-tune your plan as you go.
A new deep dive every week.
Each week, I'll walk you through the principles every woman should understand about her overall and hormonal health. It's the foundational knowledge we should have been taught in high school.
Delivered to your email for 8 weeks.
Our whole team is trained in our Root Cause Framework.
After seven years of frustrating experiences seeking traditional medical advice for her own hormonal imbalance, Ginny founded The Women’s Health RN so other women wouldn’t have to walk the same path.
You’ll work one-on-one with a practitioner on her team. Every one of them is trained in the same root-cause, food-first approach, so your labs are read the same careful way no matter who you’re paired with.

Questions, answered.
What labs are included?+
A comprehensive blood panel covering thyroid, nutrients + iron, blood sugar and metabolism, inflammation, and hormones, drawn at a Labcorp near you. Plus a GI-MAP stool test you complete at home, which looks at gut infections, digestion, inflammation, and microbiome balance.
The cost of all labs is included, and you get copies of every result.
I have past bloodwork. Can you use it?+
If you’ve had relevant labs done within the past 3 months, email them to support@womenshealthrn.com. We’ll let you know whether any markers are missing and whether we can adjust your cost.
Because we get our labs at a discounted rate, and standard labs from a primary care provider often don’t cover the full scope of what we test, the reduction may be small.
Do you take insurance?+
We don’t work directly with insurance companies, but we secure at-cost lab pricing, so you pay a fraction of what these labs usually cost.
We accept HSA and FSA cards for labs and program payments. Several clients with Christian Healthshares have submitted receipts and received partial or full reimbursement.
Are there any other costs?+
Your price covers the initial consult, all lab work, your Video Lab Review, 8 weeks of chat access, and the weekly deep dives. Supplements aren’t included, but you get 20% off any we recommend.
How is this different from your 1:1 program?+
The Root Cause Roadmap is a focused 8-week program: labs, a recorded review, a personalized plan, and chat support while you put it into practice yourself.
Our 1:1 program is longer and includes ongoing coaching, accountability, and protocol adjustments over time. If you want more support after 8 weeks, we offer continuation options.
How many spots are available?+
There are 30 spots this round. Enrollment ends 10/10, or sooner if spots fill.
